Review content:
I had a brand new car a few years ago that I had purchased from C&O. I owned the car for about 1 1/2 years total and of that time, I think I actually had it in my posession, maybe 6 months. This car was in teh shop at C&O more than it was out. I had it there for the same problem every time. I took it in making a noise and the guy at the shop said it was a loose bolt and to bring it in the next day. I asked him several times if it would be okay to drive to my house (50 miles away) and back and he said it would be okay. I got halfway home and the noise got worse. As my mother was taking it to the shop the next morning, she made it halfway when the rod shot through the engine. Yep- that sure was a loose bolt. I would not buy another car from them nor would I take any car to them to be repaired. They are rude and will not work with you at all.
