Duane and Gene are nice, extremely knowledgable and reasonable. The equipment they use are top of the line and high quality - my water is the best it has ever been and let my tell you my well water was ORANGE and disgusting. Also their service people are very thourough and really know what they are doing. Last Lindsey the office manager is great and easy to talk with.
I recommend Northcoast Waterworks.
