Good: i liked the variety of sauces and spices they have there.also all the different woods to cook with.. Bad: the service was ok. all i have to say is "do not eat the chop beef sandwiches there" all the scraps from the deli and all of the stale bread that they dont sell gets all grinded up with the trimmings that come off the cooked briskets and gets all cooked together for serving. "wonder why its so greassy?" its all the fat that comes off the cooked products that they serve. ham, chicken, sausage, everything!!! also everything is way over priced.. Improvements: i would like to see better prices and a dramatic change in sanitation.. Other: be very careful when ordering any meats. they have the habit of dropping it on the floor and putting it back on the trays. they do not use gloves for serving. i worked there for a little over 2 months and was disgusted with everything that went on in there, that i quit! i do not recomment anybody this meatmarket..
