Pool old mom thought they were"such nice people" but Bell Reeves fixed everything on the HAVC but the problem - replaced parts that didn't need replacing - sent huge bill ($95 per hour x four visits plus parts and we were still freezing) and when I got a second opinion, the new man connected a loose wire, instantly, for free, which fixed the problem! Bell Reeves was undercut in every aspect on quoting a new unit as well - seer numer, warantee, price -- all by far, the worst estimate. Bell Reeves, I hope you can keep your elderly rich clientele, otherwise you'd be out of business!
