IF I could give them 0 rating, I would. This will be the first and the last time I used them!!!
First they what to come 2 hours earlier and saying that that was my appointment with them. I told them I had it written down and if they want to come 2 hours earlier they can but I won't be there( I am at work). They then said I might have to reschdule and will call me back and never did. I called them back 10 minutes later, they then said OK they will come at my original appointment time.
I have my sofa dry clean and when he left my sofa still in the same condition before I had it clean. The dust&stains still there, the dusty smell still there. I felt like I pay $140 for nothing, really NOTHING I don't see any different at all. What a RIPPED OFF!!!! I watch the whole process, he just sprayed some detergent or some kind of solution on the sofa and then vacum it and that it.... It took him less than 30 minutes. The equipment they used is not even high tech...just a simple little vacum and spray bottle. I wish I can sue them to get my money back. I might file the complaint. I WOULD NOT RECOMMENDED ANYONE TO USE THEIR SURVICE...very poor quality....or result very, very disappointed. Make sure you do some research before have your sofa clean. Make sure you read the reviews before commit to the service, and that's why I am writing this review so that everyone else don't get ripped off like I did.
