I just want to acknowledge and appreciate the excellent services provided me by your top rated, high qualitfied, friendly, compassionate, and understanding and very helpful Customer Advisor named Ms. Brooke Ranger. Since I met and knew her on my first regular maintenance service until my last one (1.20.10- 2-24-10) for the major repair on my 2008 BMW 528i series cause by a flood at Long Beach, CA she has showed me all the aforementioned attitudes thus making myself so happy despite of my worries about my car. She assured me that everything will be taken cared of by your deakership. Yesterday, when I picked it up still she showed me genuine attitudes. I know she does all of these always being so natural in her own ways.
