Review content:
My 2 children attended College for Tots for a little less than about nine months. When they first started it seemed like a decent place but within a few months I started seeing warning signs. The teacher to student ratio is ridiculous. There were many times I would go in to pick my kids up and they were nowhere to be found. The person at the front desk was no help and I had to hunt each of the classrooms myself. They acted as if they really didn't care. My four year-old was in a class with an extremely mean kid. Multiple times I spoke with the teacher and the director of the daycare about the problems my son was having with this particular child. My son would come home crying, with bruises from this kid picking on him. One day my son had had enough and after this kid hit him and gave him a bloody nose, my son pushed him away and told the teacher. My son was sent to the director's office where she made him call me and, with him sitting right there, yelled at me on the phone and told me she was going to kick him out of the school and that he was the bully. Now, I know my child is not perfect but I had and I know there were other parents that had complained about this particular boy to the teacher and the director. I could not believe that the director would treat a small child that way. She never once spoke to me about any problems with my child until she threatened to kick him out for fighting back. I later spoke to the teacher and learned the full story. The director never even spoke to the teacher to find out exactly what happened. I took my kids out the very next day and we all shudder when we drive past it. If you care about your kids and their well-being you will NOT send them to this joke of a school.
