Businiess name:  Engstrom, George C, Dvm - Cumberland Valley Veterinarian
Review by:  Robert C.
Review content:
It is difficult to think of any complimentary terms to apply to this “animal clinic”. The reception and office staff are surly and rude, giving the impression that you and your pet are an unpleasant interruption to their other activities (whatever that is!). Some of them won’t even make eye contact with you, firing questions at you while staring into their computer screens. The veterinary technicians are impolite, brusque know-it-alls who will not hesitate to answer for or contradict a veterinarian in your presence. The veterinarians are emotional, rude people who couldn’t care less about you or your pet. Their attitude is one of “just pay me for my time and get out of my office!”. (God forbid you should have a question or wish to discuss a problem!) The Veterinary Licensing Board of the state of Maryland needs to take a critical look at this very unprofessional practice. Don’t put yourself and your pet through the emotional turmoil of a visit to this clinic.
