Jim, our customer service coordinator, was attentive and helpful, both before the move as well as during the transport. He called several times, even contacting the team when I failed to return one of his messages (to see if there was a reason or a problem).
The team you sent, led by Dennis, couldn't have been more professional, careful, or accommodating. The furniture and other belongings were very well taken care of. Our old home was prepped meticulously to avoid damage (the buyers were so impressed and appreciative, as they stopped by during loading, for their walk-through, and I passed your contact info on to our realtor who plans to use your firm as a resource). On the other end, they went to great lengths to protect every inch of Tim D's new house, and I am confident that next year my new home will be similarly secure.
