I was cooking a new recipe when the pan went on fire! It was incredible! (But really bad!) I tried to pull the pan away from the wall, but the smoke got really strong and sent off the sprinklers! My entire apartment got wet! It was unbelievable! Anyway, Flood Control came to clean up the water and dry out my apartment. They came over to get it fast, and so I didn't get any mold. I was afraid that things would start to smell, too, but they didn't because Flood Control is really thorough and gets the job done right. Perfect!
