One year ago my life crashed as I found out I had been wrongfully charged with 8 counts of communications fraud. I was facing over 15yrs in jail and possible deportation to my country if convicted. I was scared to death of going to jail because I am a single mother of a 6 yr old daughter. I contacted and interviewed a total of 16 attorneys in Salt Lake County and not a single one provided the attention on my first consultation like Kimberly Trupiano. The attorneys I interviewed before Mrs. Trupiano cared more about my bank account rather than my story. They were quick to judge even before they knew the facts. Mrs. Trupiano cared enough about my side of the story before she looked into retainers and fees; she took the time to understand the facts, listened to my version of the story, took detailed notes on my first consult, and gave me an accurate answer to the charges I was facing.
