Good: At one time I liked the store so much I would go daily and sit on floor and look through there reduced cds for hours,staff used to be nice and fair now its a bunch of racists people with rainbow colored hair,guys wearing skirts, a employee whose name is Donna that shouldn't be allowed to wait on a dog, just because someone is fat, or black or like me not stupid, I no more about that store then the manager, I have witnessed people comming in and walking out with a hell of a bargain, like everything was free.. Bad: Manager has been there forever, and she is a very, rude,lies to people, unjustice,unfair and discriminates certain people. I have filed two civil rights,complaints against the store, If you go to there website it states they have the right to refuse service to anybody they seem I guess not up to her standards. is staight up discrimination and violation of civil rights and is to be reported to local civil rights office. Its illegal ...FOUND UNDER CONSUMER DISCRIMINATION........THEY ALSO BANNED MY FRIENDS. Improvements: TREAT ALL PEOPLE EQUAL,CLEAN THERE STAFF OUT AND HIRE PEOPLE WHO CARE ABOUT RIGHTS OF OTHERS. THE OWNER NEEDS TO BE WARNED ON HOW RUDE MANAGER IS AND IF SHE IS RELATED IN ANYWAY SHE IS GONNA BRING ON ALOT OF HARDSHIP TO HIS STORE BECAUSE WE ARE ALLOWED TO BOYCOTT THAT STORE AND PICKETT THE STORE BY LAW.... Other: They have a huge trash dumpster in back which I have frenquented mant times along with many many other people, its used to have dvds cds books etc. manager thinks i bring books back in and trade them FALSE. most of the things i got i kept or sold at pawn shop.one man i met was comming from arl va and has been hitting that dumpster for 2 years, he sold , kept and traded those items, and he wasa prof, business, man, also local store there employees also would get stuff from dumpster. Mr Mckay get rid of manag.
