Good: Saved me A LOT of money on procedures recommended by other vets that were unnecessary. Listens to owner. Friendly and professional staff. Thorough exam based on symptoms. Will find the most cost effective route and tell you--no unnecessary test until they become necessary. Will tell you the bare minimum and the maximum cost and how we get there. Explains in detail what procedures are needed, why, possible outcomes, and the results. Takes awesome care of pets!. Bad: Dr Palmatier tends to speak in Medical terms and I just stare at him blankly as I have no clue what it is he is saying. And yet, if I ask, he will explain so I don't walk out in a fog.. Other: Dr Palmatier came highly recommended from my previous vet whom I was extremely satisfied with--I trust my previous vet's opinion and have had nothing but good experiences at this office..
