We had a terrible experience with the owner from The Party Starts Here. She is a nasty woman. She was nice over the phone until we booked the party and she received our deposit. After that everything went wrong. She wouldn't call back for days, she called one night at 10:00 pm and woke up my 9 month old and she always had an attitude when I would speak to her. She showed up to the party 10 minutes late leaving everyone standing outside in the rain. Luckily, the girls that were working the party were very sweet and the kids had a lot of fun with them. If there was someone reliable and responsible running the place, it could have been a nice experience!
