Maxim’s of Richardson, Texas offers a variety of choices for eating out. They serve traditional Chinese dishes ranging from Orange Beef to Steamed Clams. In addition to these, they also offer Hot Pot, which is likely to be a new approach to eating for many. Diners essentially cook their own food (generally seafood and raw meat) in boiling broth. It’s a fun, exciting experience every time. They also offer Dim Sum daily, which is great not only for casual dining but for business luncheons as well. It can get pricy though; however, be ready for a great time.
