I have been a client at the salon since the doors opened, and have always been pleased with the service and the results. My appointments are always just right - lots of fun, very relaxing, such a nice atmosphere. Since I've been going there for my hair, I've also switched over to using a lot of the other Aveda products (make up, skin care) and couldn't be happier. The products cost a little more, but they last a long time, are mostly organic/natural/botanical and come in environmentally conscious packaging. I feel better about the extra $10 spent when I think of those things.
I'm a busy working mom with two little kids, and my schedule is always crazy. I try to schedule appointments in advance but seem to always be canceling, rescheduling, moving things around. They are always kind and accommodating when I call to make or change an appointment. This is huge for me!
My stylist - one of the most senior there - is amazing. My thick, curly hair is in great shape and I am able to style it in ways I never imagined thanks to Pure Natur. I also go there to get my brows waxed (DeeDee is amazing!) and I'm eager to try out a massage when I have some extra cash & free time. I recommend the salon to all my friends & family, and have purchased gift cards or lovely gifts (Aveda candles, for instance) for many occasions!
Pros: relaxing, fun, knowledgeable stylists
Cons: a little pricey for the area, sometimes run behind schedule
