Businiess name:  Bill Marsh Automotive
Review by:  James M.
Review content:
Bill Marsh holds a decent inventory of new Ford vehicles as well as a good selection of used cars. As a car dealer, it is mostly run-of-the-mill. The salespeople are pleasant enough but you won't get a good price on a car unelss you play some hardball and chew them down. They need to work on how they prepare used cars for sale. This dealer put lousy cheap tires on my Camry before I bought it. Otherwise, they do pretty decent work in preparing their cars for sale. Their service department is a different story. Although they usually work pretty quickly (usually done when promised or earlier), their prices are high and their quality of work is sometimes questionable. Be especially watchful of whether they reinstall lug nuts correctly when they pull your wheels off for any reason. Changing a flat tire with damaged lug nuts is a nightmare, and then having them charge you for the replacement lug nuts is atrocious. As a dealer, Marsh is fine. For any service (out of warranty), go elsewhere.
