I have lived in a few Apartments managed by Longley Jones, with mixed results. For the most part the apartments are in very poor condition in terms of quality, though this is not able to be seen because they look aesthetically pleasing. When winter comes rearing its freezing cold head, it is evident by the ridiculous heating bills and the drafts that one can feel EVERYWHERE in the apartment. This one would try to argue was unlivable, though Longley Jones will have nothing of it. From what I have found this is pretty average in Syracuse so good luck finding something better. My recommendation is to find a rental house, and pass up all the apartment complexes.
