I received excellent customer service from Chad C. His calm, reassuring manner immediately put me at ease and I knew I was working with an honest, straightforward man whom I could trust.
Chad was kind, caring, empathetic and listened to my concerns, and walked me though the process of repairing a broken sewer main pipe. I was impressed by his ability to coordinate so many tasks yet he made me feel like his number on priority.
The original estimate for the project from another company was a staggering $15,000 but by the end of project that number dropped to $7600 with Gillece. Throughout the project I felt Chad had my best interest at heart. It is with high praise that I recommend Gillece Plumbing and their representative, Chad C.
