Do you like long lines? Phone calls not returned? Ineffective treatments? Rude practitioners? Difficulty scheduling appointments? If so, then sign right up for care at the Franklin Family Medicine in Louisburg (20 miles north of Raleigh). You are guaranteed to experience all the headaches of a large urban medical practice without any of the traffic to and from your appointment. Although they're a member of the Duke Health Care System, from the service they provide you'd never know it. I live less than 2 miles from the practice, but I now drive 20 miles back into Raleigh for real medical attention.
