They do not stand by their work or give you what you pay for. My husband bought a gift card for hair cut, color, and eyebrow wax. I received a poor hair color treatment, which was not even the color I wanted. I didn't know gray was a shade of blond. I went in to try to get it fixed; all they did was put a glaze over my hair and sent me out with wet hair in the middle of January. I never did receive the eyebrow wax we paid for and was never offered any type of refund. After speaking with the owner, she made it clear that she would not offer any type of remedy and that I was not a valued client. They were very unprofessional and I would not recommend them to anyone.
