Businiess name:  Maxwell's Salon of London
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
A friend of mine referred me to Maxwell's, and I was immediately turned off by the receptionist who answered the phone- RUDELY. But because of my friend's experience, that was the only reason of why I went in. When I came in for my appointment, once again, they had the rudest receptionist that wouldn't help me with anything. I was standing there for 15 minutes before she decided to help me out. CINDY, was who I was referred too. What a mistake. Just like the receptionist Cindy had a hard time apparently to listen to my concerns and needs. IN retrospect, the salon has a major attitude problem- even the MALE stylists. That salon needs a MAJOR attitude adjustment! Next time, I'm complaining to the owner- I cannot believe he/she would run such a place like that. Pros: close by Cons: attitude adjustment!
