This doctor has the worst bedside manner ever!!! She made me cry twice! (And I am pretty stoic.) I was recommended to her by a friend and made an appt. After waiting 1 month, I got there and it turned out they had made me an appt. for her office mate. They then told me I couldn't see the office mate instead, I had to wait _another month_ for an appt. with Dr. Augustyn. The receptionist told me when she called she had said she was calling for the other doctor, and apparently it was my fault I didn't notice their mistake. Then I see Dr. Augustyn and her nurse tells me I have lost 5 inches in height. Dr. Augustyn did recheck and they both said I lost 5 inches in height. When I asked if that sounded normal to her, she said "I don't know I've never seen you before" and "Some people feel like they're too tall.", like that was supposed to make me feel better. I stupidly went back and she made me cry a second time when I went in to check about my records having gotten to her. It turned out they were wrong, but I still don't want anyone else to suffer like I did with her horrible bedside manner.
