Businiess name:  Stevens Creek Subaru

Review content:
granted, i expect to be asked to pay more for auto service from the dealer, unfortunately. i don't like that, but i've come to accept it. at the same time, this particular subaru dealer is not one of my favourites and is not good. in the past, when i lived in berkeley, i went to albany ford subaru. the service was not a great deal or bargain, but it was consistently dependable. when i moved back down to the south bay to silicon valley, which is america's _real_ heartland; i started to bring my car to stevens creek auto imports. they were expensive, but the old management at least made it bearable by doing little extras like washing my car after gouging me. now? wow, they're just plain crooks! the last time i went there, i ended up paying something like $60 for an oil change. also, while i was there, numerous customers were arguing with them, all for valid reasons. i wish there were another subaru dealer in the area. till then, i bring my subaru to other non-dealer shops that provide great service. there's a place called ace auto on el camino real that gives great service!
