Review content:
The excellent customer service at this toy store accounts for a lot of my return business. When entering you are greeted, but not pressured. Questions are answered in a timely, friendly manner. If a questions is beyond their expertise, or is something they are not familiar with, they will go out of their way to find the answer for you. Kapok carries quite a few different well-known lines of toys, both educational and fun. The age range for the products carried is from infant to school-aged children. Price range is from inexpensive to expensive. They also carry collectibles like Madame Alexander Dolls.
