Review content:
I haven't been to the actual museum. This reivew is for their satellite "museum" in the Costa Mesa Mall. Although the concept sounded intriguing, when my husband and I went inside we found nothing but a starkly white room with some booths and small computer screens. We scanned the area for a moment while a sloppy teen behind the counter stopped babbling to a friend for a minute, rolled her eyes over at us, paused wordlessly, then rolled her eyes back to her conversation. At that point, I'll admit that I asked her if she had any manners at all and called her a nasty name, but she deserved far worse. Surely no one is paying her to slouch behind a counter, ignore customers and to come to work looking like she's watching a football game on her sofa. Pros: The actual museum may be great. I haven't been there. Cons: The satellite museum couldn't be worse. I walked out in seconds.
