The cost of travelling to and from a medical center that has that unique treatment for your loved one can be very expensive since you often need to come several times a year. This valuable and free resource manned by wonderful compassionate volunteers who will do their best to get you a flight provides free transportation on corporate jets for cancer patients and one family member or friend. Let them know as early as possible (at least 3 weeks prior) when and where you need to arrive with doctors' name and appointments. You must be able to walk and not require oxygen tanks, etc. You should be suitably dressed for your flight as these are executive corporate jets. You have to have a backup plan in case they have no seats. Corporate airports do not always land at the major airports but transportation to the hospital is cheaper than paying for a flight.
