Last week I was in severe pain from a ruptured cyst. Urgent care, which is down stirs from Sr. Renan's office told to that I needed to go to the ER because the pain meds they gave me did not work. I, instead, went upstairs to Dr. Renan's office and they took me in right away. Dr. Renan came in the room to see me within less than 5 minutes and the girls that worked in the office were extremely comforting. Bringing me blankets, staying with me etc. Dr. Renan saw me, immediately called the ER and made sure that I was taken in right away. He ordered all the tests needed, pain meds. etc. I waited less than 10 minutes to go in. The ER doctors were on top of what Dr. Renan had told them. So were the nurses. His office girls were incredible. He will always be my doctor. His actions that day proved to me that he does care for his patients. Diana Land
