Review content:
I had written a review on the 2nd of Feburary that was not in favor of Sam & Joe's, however I must admit they did handle the situation quickly and we both are please and they still will have my business in the near future. I do appreciate the fact of them doing what is in the best intrest of the customer that so few businesses will do. Customer service is very important to me being a business owner and when you feel as if things are not going well on your behalf and to give excellent customer service in return and seeing a happy customer is what it is all about. I appreciate the personal service to rectify the issue at hand. Personal service is very important in any business and loyal customers are more so important. Again I thank Joe for his personal service and I do look forward to continue to due business with you in the future as well as references.
