What part of Family don't they understand? I have never heard of the place but often drove by. I walked in Sunday w my Husband and toddler. Not crowded yet the sandwiched us in the corner right next to another party trying to eat. I knew I was in for it when I heard them say "the food is good but it's so slow here". Our waitress stopped by took our drink orders and left. Came back 5 mins later with what was black hot water...no way was that coffee. Maybe the first pass of grounds were but the 3rd time you run the same coffee grounds through the machine you get what they served me. They neglected my hungry toddlers drink. I asked twice and when she came to take our order she just looked at me with a blank. Hello??? crying toddler looking for his milk? ring a bell? Another 10 mins later and we started walking out. The server stopped us by the door and said "here's your milk". What? Really??? She expected us to go sit down. I don't know if the food is great... I don't care. Service is important in my book. I'll never tell anyone I know to go there.
