The business used to be a five star provider when family owned, but ever since the mid-80s when the company was sold it's been downhill all the way. A few years ago I needed a window replaced in my home. The company ended up having to order the correct size glass which was no problem, however they never bothered to call me when the piece came in. Three months after the measurements were originally taken, I finally called the company to get an ETA on the item only to discover that the piece had arrived two months prior. When the glass finally was installed, the servicemen failed to produce a bill when asked and indicated that one would be sent by mail. A year later I finally received the bill with a note apologizing for an oversight on their part with accounting, and asking for payment within 30 days. A week after receipt of the first letter and several days after posting the payment, I received a second notice indicating that if the bill was not paid immediately it would be filed with a collection agency. To add insult on top on injury, neither bill had my correct zip code on them and ended up going to a post office 70 miles away before being delivered to my house. Incompetence seems to be the mandated norm at this company now. If as a consumer you strive for poor service, then please feel free to contact them. I personally will never use them again!
