Called The Irwin Zone from here in Concord about new RAV4 availability and the salesman got right back to me with good info.
We decided to take the short drive up there and I must say that my wife and I were treated with respect, the price on the new vehicle was very competitive and the Trade-In on my older one was quite fair.
Overall, a very nice experience, with financial arrangements being handled efficiently and the complete sales process taking just an afternoon.
It's nice to be treated well, unlike at some other Toyota dealerships, and I highly recomend The Irwin Zone based entirely on my purchase of this vehicle.
I have only made one appt for Service, but that was booked quickly, handled efficiently and the folks over in Service were just great to deal with.
I'll be doing all my Service visits up there and recomment that you give them a try if you're in the market for a new car.
