I have been searching for Country Ham (Blue Ridge Mountain Style) since moving to Las Vegas in Summer of 2007. Ms. Rinella of the Las Vegas Review Journal pointed me to Village Meats. Their selection was wide and excellent. The provided a sugar / salt cured country ham slice that totally fit. Country Ham Biscuits that same day was our dinner. Will return for other exotics. Would recommend to anyone. None of the main line stores had country ham or even knew what it was.
