I've been a member for a number of years, probably 10+. When I joined, the rep lied about the company expanding their hours but he was later fired so I don't blame the company for the misrepresentation.
The owner has always been extremely standoffish and rude and don't expect him to help you or even speak to you unless you're looking to join and he thinks he can get money out of you.
Then when I wanted to cancel my membership because my new job had a great gym on site, they gave me the hardest time, pointing out fees and such in small print on the contract for not returning the ID card and for not having the original contract, from more than 10 years ago! It has been a nightmare just trying to sever the relationship without paying additional fees. I would not recommend joining this gym if you're looking for a place where the staff makes you feel comfortable and welcome or you're looking for ethical business dealings. Customer service is dead the minute you sign that contract!
