Bad: He is nothing but a bully with a terrible temper who does very lousy and uneven work. It is VERY POOR quality work with whoever he could scrape up. He does not listen. When he FINALLY completes the half ass job and you are FORCED to pay him (Or his lawyer friends will bury you in red tap and litigations for the next decade) You were better off doing a piss poor job yourself.. Improvements: Matland in jail and his family out of business. That blight on merrick he calls a business GONE.. Other: Did I mention he belongs in jail?.
