Good: Been there twice before with Jessica, and were very happy with the cut.. Bad: Brought our Maltese with 2 different photographs of exactly what we wanted. She came out with the worst uneven cut that looked nothing like what we asked for. Upon picking her up, we were told that that cut would have required scissor trimming and would have been more expensive. Scissor trimming was never mentioned and we have never requested the "cheapest" cut! We were also very explicit about what we wanted for the sanitary cut. Her rear-end is now shaved, naked, and ugly.. Improvements: Upon calling the shop back to complain, was told they were sorry for the miscommunication. Period. Later called and spoke to owner-JoAnne, and was told our dog recieved a standard Maltese cut when what we asked for was a puppy cut.. Other: Absolutely will never go back, nor will we recommend to others. If negative stars was an option, that would be my rating..
