Review content:
Worst window company on the face of the planet! Simple math....you will never recover the cost during the life of your home even if you saved 100% on energy bills. Go with a cheaper window and you will still be happier. I have Millgaurds and we are saving 35-40% and I paid 1/5th of the price of Penguin and did not have to sit through a 3 hour sales pitch again. This company should be out of business for their shady practices.
