I agreed to get the window demo in exchange for a $25 gas card. Wasted my time when I realized they were literally DOUBLE the cost of a very comparable window quote I got a week earlier. Sales rep kept saying these windows were the ONLY ones that used Krypton gas, and the only one with pvc frame, and the only one with a reinforced bar - all which were lies because I had already done my homework and knew of two other mfgs who offered the same thing. And finally - they guy claims to have run out of the $25 GC's and he was going to send one to me - um - yea - its been 2 months - and Penguin won't return my emails or calls. There are very similar windows for half the cost - and better service - use them.
