Very obtuse about their pricing. Charge a 50.00 "set up" fee to put your work/image into a template, only way to get around that is if you create the template yourself at home but they only provide a xerox print out of it with no dimensions marked! Print quality is mediocre at best. Very disappointed with their customer service... they called me repeatedly at work to get information about my order and we very unclear about what they would be charging. Paid almost $90 for a set of 50 postcards! Completely overpriced for the low-quality of the results. When I went to pick up my order, the clerk did not even acknowledge me standing there as she talked for almost 20 minutes with another customer. All I needed to do was quickly pick up and pay.
I prefer to support small/local businesses, but only when their quality and pricing are matched accordingly. I will not order from them again when I can have the same job done online at half the price and 100 times the quality and minus the hassle of dealing with the people at BIP!
