Review content:
Got a new car and took it in for an oil change. Despite my new car being an Audi, they filled it with the amount of oil my previous car on file with them, a VW, took. Needless to say my oil light came on the next day. It was about a 2-3 quart difference.
I even brought it to the mechanic's attention that my bill had "VW Jetta" on it, but he said, "just mention it next time".
Seriously, with one job to do (change the oil in your car) you would think they would know how to do it. Obviously not.
