They did exactly what I asked them to do (test and checkout all of my equipment). Some of it was not working properly, so i took it down to a store nearby (el dorado hills) that tried to get me but thats another story... Back to Black Ops Pool Service : Not only did they test all my equipment ...they answered all of my questions and gave me alot of advice on how to maintain my pool here in Folsom, Ca. If I decide to hire weekly maintenance - I will go with them, which is more than likely going to be sooner than later... this pool stuff is hard. I Highly recommend - good people and a good company.
