Review content:
The staff is quite rude if they don't realize you are customer! It is kind of shocking. Then once they realize you are they try to pretend they are friendly and helpful.
I had VERY basic stuff done. They filled a "cavity" (at a cost well above what comparable dental services charge) which turned out not even to be a cavity but a "potential" cavity. They also insisted on using some high powered sanding like tool to clean one of my teeth... and then proceeded to chip it. So now instead of a "dirty" tooth I am missing part of my tooth. They also charged a lot for that 10 second procedure.
Because its a cosmetic dental service, they want to make you feel like your teeth are ugly. They do that thing where they are like "You have probably noticed that (fill in something that is only noticeable to you) is wrong with your teeth. We can fix for (fill in an exorbitant price here)."
All in all, there are lots of dental services available in New Haven. Don't go here. They are snobby, over priced and not worth it.
