Good: Phreedom Technologies submitted several detailed and competitive proposals as our requirements changed and patiently worked with us though our internal approval process and was able to deliver an industrial strength solution for a very reduced price. They were very up front about the pros and cons of each option and gave us the ammunition to justify our proposal to the executive staff and position us well for next fiscal year. They provided a lot of strategy and guidance without charging us for it.. Bad: Their team is smaller than some of the other providers we were considering.. Improvements: Nothing significant comes to mind. Other: Technical staff is just incredible value for the rates they charge. Very experienced and professional. As we are a non-profit, they were very accommodating to our needs and financial situation. Just a great group of people..
