I bought a new condo from my buddy who moved out of the country and it was alittle beat up but new to me. I had to fix all the walls and paint myself. Footing whatever I had for the deposit I was just about to order new floors when I found Mr. Sandless who redid my floors for less than a quarter of the cost of new and the floors literally look brand new. I almost didnt even think to have them sanded and refinished!
Pros: looks brand new. less than 1/4 cost of brand new.
