We Property Management Review… In my opinion, I think they write their own reviews. Pls. keep reading…What a big mistake! If I would have known, I wouldn't have TRUSTED my properties and tenants security deposits to a company that you don’t really have a way to contact them, unless they want to. I found out after I signed the contract that this is a 1 person company. You only have 1 phone # as a contact information; this is Adel the Manager, his cell ph 360 907-2888. This company does NOT have a landline phone!
They do NOT have a “real office”, the address that is listed in Chkalov Dr. is what they call a virtual office, they basically rent the address number, they get mail delivered and they can have a small room for conferences by appointment only, that’s it; NO office! (Feel free to check for yourself).
In my experience, this Company has performed very poorly.
-They don’t provide a checklist or the paper where it says the condition of the property prior to tenants moving in. He said we’ll do it at a different time, never happened.
-Manager rude at times (I don’t even have his last name, just a scribble in the contract)
-They do not provide store receipts from the parts that they bought for repairs (He will issue an invoice).
-Monthly Reports very late (if you are lucky to get one)
I would not recommend this Company to anyone! Next time I will hire a Professional Established Company with a real office location.
We Property Management have not performed in a professional way and this fly risk situation makes me very uneasy. My advice would be to Stay Away!
