Review content:
There are 2 aspects to things like car insurance - the insuring company and the agent. Ok, I'm not sure I'm really big on any given insurer, but for the 8-10 years we've been w/ Allstate with Rod as our agent we at least have always had good responsiveness which is why we've stayed. Can get slightly better pricing elsewhere and usually I'm cheap like that but we've always had same or next day responses to questions. We haven't even always agreed on insurance levels but he has not been pushy either - and he's been responsive to email which generally is easier for me.
Paying for insurance is not fun but if you've been frustrated with agents it may be worth giving Rod a call.
