I have been to Massage Envy several times and have enjoyed it every time. The massage is consistently okay. The rooms are clean. The reception area is gracious and the staff are always wonderful. The bathroom is clean (please keep in mind I have mostly been to the Norwood location but I could only find the Dedham location on Citysearch). They run specials which are financially unbeatable for massage. Otherwise, they are very expensive for $78 for a 50 Minute Massage. They regularly run on time. I do not believe I have ever had to wait for my appointment. I have been able to do several walk-ins without an appointment. Overall it has been a great and reliable experience every time.
