Review content:
The wait for this visit before seeing the doctor was one hour and fifteen minutes. This was a followup for corrective surgery. I unfortunately witnessed a nurse approach the patient instrument in hand without explaining what was about to happen. The patient reared back. When a one word admonishment was given the nursed seemed stunned that anyone would dare comment on her lack of professionalism. Later two medical students were brought in to observe without requesting permission from the patient. This is not a free clinic. Patients pay for services, and should expect to be treated with respect at all times.
