Alameda County Libraries are the best. It has a great number of books and verities even dvds and tapes if you want to borrow them. Alameda County Libraries lets you even borrow long which is good if you are a slow reader. Even if you don't check out books you can study there or even go online there. The environment around the library is so peaceful that you have to study there.
