I have been going to All Star for massage therapy for almost a year now. In that time, I have thoroughly enjoyed my experiences. I find the ambiance to be very "homey" and comfortable. In the past I have gone to "chain store spas" - like the ones in shopping malls - and been disappointed by the factory feel and the lack of personable staff. Staff is one of the most important aspects of a spa experience and many times spas are filled with "stuffy" staff but this is not the case here; those I have dealt with have been very down to earth.
Because All Star is on Lake Bellevue (literally atop the water), there is never a moment where you have to deal with crowds of people or the chaos of everyday life. From the moment you get out of your car to the moment you get back in, everything is very peaceful.
I have also been to All Star a couple of times for pedicures - and those experiences have been very enjoyable. My mom and I had side-by-side pedicures and the staff made sure that we were able to relax and enjoy our time together.
I would recommend All Star to any of my friends, family, or strangers!
